I mainly shoot with a Canon, often paired with my favorite piece of glass: the Zeiss Distagon 21mm. There’s something about the way that lens renders light that just feels right.

I’m a bit of a “light chaser,” and that obsession follows me home to my computer. My creative process relies heavily on precision, using the TK Panel (shout out to his beautiful plugin) luminosity masks. This allows me to sculpt the light and shadows, ensuring that every detail, from the deepest forest greens to the softest sunset glows, is exactly where it should be.

But I’m not a purist. You’ll often find me snapping a quick shot with my iPhone and my drone. Some of my favorite memories were captured spontaneously on my phone and edited right then and there. Whether I’m using a professional rig or just the device in my pocket, I try to stay true to the fundamental rules of composition that make an image timeless.
